Personal information entrusted to the Company by our customers, the Company shall use for communication (email, sending documents) in order to provide information, business catalogs and answers to the principal’s questions.

Disclosure and Non-Disclosure of Personal Information to a Third Party

The Company will manage personal information properly and not disclose personal information to any Third Parties except following cases;

Requests Concerning Retained Personal Data

When the principal identified requests disclosure, correction, deletion etc. of the relevant retained personal information, the Company will respond properly to such request after confirmation of the principal’s identity.

Compliance with the Laws and Modification

The Company will strictly comply with Personal Information Protection Act in Japan and this Personal Information Protection Policy as well as other related regulations, and will continuously improve the protection of Personal Information, and may modify this Personal Information Protection Policy as necessary.
